I’m on my 3rd playthrough, now with the From the Ashes DLC…
I just beat Runt, and unlocked the new DLC features.
So my question is simple: Does the DLC breaks some special characters related, still unstarted, quests?
Fritz and Matthew just arrived at the inn in the glades, if i recruit them to Pribyslavitz, does the quest “Masquerade” and others alike, will not trigger?? Same with others characters…??

You cant recruit anyone until you have completed all the related quests

And complete as many side quests as possible! It’s somewhat immersion-breaking but you do need to do certain things a certain way to get certain people to your town.
Ya, if there is a certain person you want you need to do the side quest(s) that relate to them.
Some Before certain points in the MQL are past Like “all that glisters” to get “rattled” to get the option to chose armor smith
