That will depend on the skill and desire of whomever is modding.

Everything is possible.
Cosmetic changes to existing items are the most common and easiest to implement mods.
It is a bit more difficult here, as this are belt quivers. This will need a different animations, so a bit more complex to do. But it should still be possible of course.

Unfortuantely I only understand like 20% of this… but I assume, you want to ask how hard it will be to mod this things. The belt quivers seems to be the most difficult one, the other parts should be easier to make.
You understood it right. So, we can even create new animations with ModKit.
Should be possible, but it´s difficult to make good ones. We MoCap animations in our MoCap studio, and of course, modders don´t have something like that…
