beacus is read main complains about this bug so far i found 1 fix about it. i have post this on main topic bud not everybody did read it so here is my fix.
so when you do the main qeust Questions and Answers. you can do a side qeust the name of that side qeust is Pestilence.
this qeust will start or you have to find a other way to take the bandit. so at the end of this side qeust you have to wait a day or 2 to make sure that the sick people wont dei. here is where the cutsceen bug will come when the side qeust say to you to wait a couple of days dont wait go stragte to the bandit after you did the bandit dont and that side qeust yet. you go straigt to Sir Radzig he is in the camp after you have talk to Sir Radzig the main qeust will end and a cutsceen will start after this cutsceen there will be a next qeust with a object so you have done the main qeust when the new op object for that qeust will start you can fished then the side qeust Pestilence. it did take me 40h of game play to now what was the bug. for some reason that side qeust will bug out your main qeust how and why i realy dont now i have report this to the dev team to. ps sorry fore my bad english.

Hello, I’ve experienced same issue. After completing “the pestilence” quest (also, I had sent the brigant to the jail in Rattay) cutscene didn’t started and suddenly I’ve talked to Radzig about the “Silver’s King” quest (I haven’t noticed at that point that the main quest was f****d up).
After completed the “Silver’s King” I’ve realized that mess, so I’ve reloaded a previous save (saved just after “Pestilence” completing), I’ve come back to Radzig in Talmberg’s observation point and (surprise! surprise!) after speaking with Radzig the cutscene had started this time, fixing all my troubles.
So, I really don’t understand what causes the “Questions and answers” mess-up!
