Spoilers!
So the bandit died before I could question him, I obtained a letter from him and read it. I spoke with the horse merchant now all that I have to do is find the Lord by the camp on the hill. Alas, I’ve went countless times and waited countless hours - no sign of him. His horse is there, but he isn’t! I’ve tried looking all over for him fruitlessly. Any ideas?
i have the same problem on ps4.
I managed to find him, but he wont speak to me.
He is in the room you meet him first time at Ratay.
This bug should be investigated! i am stuck there too. there is no dialog to finish the quest and start a new one. Would be nice if someone from DEV team could confirm that they already working on to fix this.
I found him and could speak to him and got the journal part where I am supposed to meet a merchant but the quest objective is still stuck at “Interrogate the captive in Merhojed.”
Still have the same bug 8 days after you!

Shit… is the game broken or what?
1.3.1 fixed the quest for me. Suddenly I had the correct objective and everything started working again. It’s a shame it didn’t work for you.
