I resumed the game with an old save from 1.2.5 and noticed Sir Radzig was no longer stuck at Neuhof.
So I decided to fast travel to meet him at his camp and he was there. The cut scene triggered and I’m back in the game.

I’m happy for you, but the quest keeps failing after the cutscene every time I report to Radzig, so while it may be “working now” for you, it’s not “working now” in general. Enjoy the rest of the main story, though.
Same spot now i get him to talk but the cut scene is not trikkering any go around for console Xbox in particuliar?
