Since the 1.3 Xbox One (original) random instances occur that drop my reputation. Here is an instance where I was reading Tarvern Life II and when I got up from reading the reputation warning appeared.
This happens quite a bit, even when fast traveling or sprinting by a random NPC on horseback.
