Games are not universally made for every person to enjoy. People simply have different tastes and opinions on what good games are. If you try to make a game that caters to everyone then your game will be good to no one. Now it is my personal belief that people who still regularly play and praise skyrim for being “the best rpg” are idiots with terrible tastes in video games. Unfortunately these people have been flooding this and other internet forums complaining that KC: Deliverance isn’t enough like skyrim for them. They can’t customize henry’s looks. They actually have to practice lockpicking. they can’t save scum on hard quests. You can’t reset perks and do everything there is to do on one playthrough. For whatever reason, War Horse is actually listening to these morons and are tweaking the mechanics that made this game stand out, rather then giving full attention to the game breaking bugs in quests, save data corruption, and constant freezes for the console players. For the love of god just fix the quests so we can play this game without worrying about having to start over 90 hrs in. Grow some balls and stick to your guns War Horse. If you have a population of gamers that don’t want to play your game then so be it. You and every other game. Don’t change your core game because a bunch of casuals suck at it. Changing the game so they like it means changing it so other people don’t. Rant over.
