Rattay Bailiff won't talk to me after Money for Old Rope

Hey guys,

Basically I’m doing the Money for Old Rope quest and I had finished the quest Aquarius (I assigned the correct people to the correct job). The problem is that after the quest the Bailiff is like “don’t even talk to me!”, and idk if I may have screwed and he had more quests for me. I read somewhere that the problem is returning the blunted sword, which results in the bailiff being angry. Is anybody else experiencing the same problem? Does he talk to you after a while?

Learn about the reputation system before claiming its a bug.

Maybe, but I think it does not make sense that the only thing that causes this problem is blunting the sword while changing the rope and poisoning the tongs do not. Also, everything was done in secret and being undetected so I don’t thing there should be a loss of reputation at all.
