Rattay no longer allowing me to use services such as inn anymore. :(

How come I can’t rent a room at the inn anymore in Rattay? Also the blacksmith is not allowing me to Repair stuff? Does it have something to do with the clothing I’m wearing? I’m wearing mostly a mix of black clothing and some armor to make a stealhy character. But some NPCs keep saying something like “Good god, whats wrong with your clothing?”.

I looked at my rep the only thing that is low is rattay soliders which is at 19, I’m not sure why it’s decreasing because I’m not committing any crimes… Except for that one time I might of been caught without a torch at night.

i had this at inn in new town began with SA… i think. inn keeper didnt give option to rent bed but not sure if just to smal to have room or glitch since he would speak to me as normal just no option to rent room

Are you wearing Cuman armor?

Well none of my armor says Cuman on it… But I’ve looted off bandits and possibly a cuman. Might be wearing a piece or two I’m not sure. Also the inn keeper and the bailiff seem angry when I ask them does anyone need any help… And they don’t tell me anything.

Sounds to me like you’re wearing gear that they find distasteful and it’s negatively impacting your reputation.

I could be wrong, but that’s what it sounds like. Check your reputations under the player tab in the inventory.

Repair your clothes too. If you look like a dirt bag they will hate you

I’ll try just buying all my armor clothing from Rattay. I heard theres a bug that decreases your soldier rep in rattay drastically upon completing a certain main quest. Not sure if it’s true. But right now I’m just trying to figure out how to increase soldier rep.

Do any of you know a good merchant to buy specifically light armor for stealth characters from?

Tanner i’d imagine would focus on light armor (leather).

The so called “inns” at Rattay are not places you can sleep. They are simply taverns. Lodgings such as the one in Uzhitz are where you can rent a bed

Yea you have your own bed in rattay why would you rent one?
