If they implement it in a realistic way like if you were out fighting in full plate armor and you shit your pants. Ive never worn plate but i have a feeling that shiting your pants in plate armor would be more uncomfortable then shiting your pants in normal pants. Or they could the horses pooping on the streets. I think the way dayz had was if you got sick then you got the runs maybe if you eat bad food in this you could get the runs.
It does blur the general area out in the sims.

I must say I agree to some degree, I was talking in general to the gaming industry though. we keep seeing all these weird titles coming out goat simulator and the like, im curious how long until someone goes there.
But I do hope to see what bathroom/outhouse/latrine would have been realistically available in this setting.

Yeah there are a lot of weird sims out there the ones in the link are by far the most normal. There is a mosquito sim where you have to prey on this asian family trying to enjoy their summer its on pc but its very old. Surgeon sim and goat sim are both very amusing but surgeon sim is frustrating as fuck and can have you yelling at your computer.
