What’s the recommended PC specs
It’s too early to say.
I think GTX 770 or 680 will run this game on high settings without problems. Plus i5 higher grade with it and 16GB RAM

well if this game is out at the end of 2015…i mean who will not have 16GB?
Ppl that don’t need that much. I don’t think that gaming will require so much in 2 years.
You can run it on lower settings. Anyway on max i think this will be the requirement. If not GTX 780. Don’t forget at that time will be out already GTX 880 and new Haswell plus Ivy Bridge.
I think it will be what ever the equivalent to a GTX 760/770 (depending on how much RAM they bang them up to as the game looks as though it could be mega intense on video memory), 8GB of RAM (if you have 8GB installed and look how much even the more modern games take up it is more than enough) and an i5 or equivalent.
16gb is waste of ram. no game needs more than 8 gb ram right now.
No game will really need more than 8GB for next 5 years at least. Since consoles only have 5.5GB available to devs, and it is split between graphics and data. Meanwhile I have 8GB for data and 3GB for graphics on my PC. 16 is and will be an overkill for a long time.
Personally not sure what the specs will be, but I figure with my machine I’ll be able to run it well enough.
Ultimately as @Cerberus said it is too early to tell, but since this will always be a hot topic we can make an educated guess by looking at the recommended specs for our friends over at SC, since their game is running on the same engine.
Their Minimum requirements: Windows 7 or 8 64-bit, Dual Core CPU (Intel: Core2 Duo 2.4Ghz, AMD: Phenom X2) 8GB of RAM, NVidia Geforce 460GTX, AMD Radeon HD5850 (DirectX 11 only)
And Recommended is: i5 2500, i7 2600, 2700 or better with a GTX 670 or greater
So that’s probably at least a starting point, but of course we will know more as we get closer to release and get official word.
