It’s his second tweet concerning this problem. We have a small victory that it was acknowledged. Let’s hope they do something about this.
Well they aren’t wizards it’s probably not fixable because the console CPU’s can’t keep up with the cryengine. Unless we get massive FPS boosts i don’t see a chance that the graphics will get any better in the future.
Well i was pretty happy with 1.02 so i am glad they did not change it on purpose and said it was a bug! It will likely be reverted in the next patch then. 
Lets help then with screenshots etc. will post some horrible buildings and black foliage this evening.

Wow. That is horrible. Mine isn’t that bad. I however found that the ground when Walking through a wooded area is pretty bad. And the texture pop-ins.
I bet that’s when the games first loading so you can’t really complain unless it’s like that all the time which I doubt, where the screen shots that prove it’s been downgraded guys, I could swear every new game there paranoid downgrade nutjobs going round 
I think watch dogs made people paranoid as fuck. He said himself there is no downgrade

Yeah the blurring was happening before 1.03 but it was way less severe while the black foliage and shadows seems new to me. It also always raining even with sunshine btw.

On pc I got massive improvement with a ssd drive, fixed all texture loading issues and fixes the loading screen before conversations
Just saw that they released 1.04 hotfix for ps4. Did someone try it? Is it making things better or worse?
Well i’m playing on PS4 Pro (Not in 4k with Boost Mode switched on) and I’ve not noticed a graphical downgrade after 1.03. I also use Suspend mode, so i never actually shut the game down apart from when a patch is released.
i’m on ps4 pro and the graphics are really bad now, draw distance is really close and everything load in saccade
