During the quest that takes you to Neuhof after the bandits raid. I got to the part where ginger runs away. On my quest to find the first charcoal burners camp site i found a chest that had high grade plate armor and weapons. After looting this chest all NPCs to do with that quest line will not speak to me. Pressing E does nothing with most NPCs now. NPCs like Thresa still speaks with me fine. Just the ones on Neuhof quest line. I am unable to continue the main quest line and am displeased. (PC)
Happened to me on PS4. Trimming extra save files and restarting system fixed it
