bridals don’t seem to wear.
The “Easter egg” plate and chain horse armor isn’t repairable.
UPDATE:
As of this post in patch 1.5 ( don’t know if the patch matters) I found where it can be repaired.
Believe it or not the Sassau cobbler can! Weird, he can repair a plate and chain armor item.
I took the saddle to the cobbler in Rattay.
Sassau will also do saddles. Hafta check Rattay cobbler for the Easter egg horse armor repair.

I have never been to a cobbler and have no idea where they are.
In Rattay him and his trader wife are at the building with the sign that has a circle of legs and near the lower north gate.
Sassau cobbler is behind the church a bit down the road that runs behind the church, same sign. It has a big front yard with hides on a frame

Exactly. I found this out by myself (first, I discovered I could use my own cobble repair kit to fix the saddle).

The one near Ledetchco isn’t on any list or map. found out on google.
The other I don’t remember if there was a chest near. I know from a comment by a WHS person in that thread I was in that it is left over from beta.
Yes they are chain and plate head armor.

It’s a bit annoying and counter-intuitive that you have to strip your horse and put them in your inventory in order to repair them. There should be a more user-friendly way to do it.

A sidenote: This game needs something like 100+1 reasons why I hate/dislike KC:D… 
I just searched Mr. Vavra’s comment from past, and most of the descriptions fits on KC:D as well.
