So there’s something I noticed that really bothers me in KCD and it may be a bug for all I know. Let’s say you’re in town standing next to an NPC in complete isolation from everyone else. If you commit a crime and they see it, naturally that will reflect badly on you. The issue is that you can kill/KO them at this point, with no witnesses, but the reputation penalty you got from him seeing you commit the crime will stay nonetheless. Could this be altered so that NPCs have to reach others in order for the penalty to take place? That way, we have the opportunity to kill or knock out witnesses in order to not receive a reputation penalty.

Reputation system is messed up. I wonder if they will be albe to fix it at all. If you go to a hut where no one is around except for the two people living there and you just walk in and kill em with your sword before you kill the second person that second person will magically report you somehow and you will get a massive hit(-100) to your relations with a city that is linked to that hut after killing them and resting or waiting for some time like 10 hours. So even if you kill on spot both witnesses you still get a penalty which is a big WTF. Also if you kill em with a bow it seems the relations lower less… did some reload testing and that seemes to check out.
