A few weeks ago my Reputation with the Rattay citizens for some unknown SUDDENLY plunged to -50 without any apparent reason. I have not murdered any of the citizens in Rattay (or anyone else). After some time the reputation gradually went up to 0 …but it stays locked there.
I helped the executioner guy keep his job, killed quite a few bandits and given in the ears etc. But for some reason my Reputation with the citizens will not rise above 0.
Anyone else having this problem?
Have you attempted going to jail? It usually goes up from -/0 to about 20. Had that happen to me, went to jail, now I’ve been able to get Rattay up to a 94 rep.
I know this doesn’t fix the cause of the random drop, but that’s what I did to get it back up.
You prob knocked out someone and they saw you. Locals tend to not like you being violent with them, and it dropped because of it. And it’s hard to get that back up, so that’s why all decisions matter in this game. Think before acting
