Risposte with a shield and map fog of war are broken too

You cannot “risposte” (counter) using a shield. Tried against dozens of cumans and bandits. Never worked. It’s funny because in previous versions of the game it worked perfectly. I could counter attacks using shields.

Also i found another huge bug. When you fast travel , the clouds on the map covering your path disappear and then reappear after you passed thru, instead of just disappearing forever leaving the area revealed. Also when you fast travel across towns, there are no more messages like you have discovered this or that.

Im freaking losing my patience with this broken game

The riposte bug is known, and there are many reports about it. Hopefully 1.4 fixes this.

The cloud cover is not a bug. Rather, it is a fix of an earlier exploit. If you want to uncover the map, you have to go there yourself. Think of ANY other game that provides fast travel; they don’t automatically give you divine knowledge of all spaces between point A and point B, either.

It is certain that the map cloud cover was removed on purpose? Just asking

And for the risposte bug, good to see this game is becoming more unplayable every time.

They are working on new patches and really try to fix everything, but you know…
