Hey guys so I was doing this quest and I got to the part where i have to bring the seal to the vagabond but hes locked in the pillory in Rattay.What should I do??
probably just wait a few days, maybe give him somehting to drink if that prompt pops up.
The quest probably cant be completed now. Its a known bug, everybody is stucked on this part.
