Both quests are still completely broken on xbox. Only way I can complete Gallows Brothers is to kill Mathew and Fritz myself. But I’m glad Henry makes a sound when riding his horse though. Glad the important stuff hasn’t been forgotten in all these patches 
Thought it was still broken on PS4 too, well it kinda is… Where are you hanging at the moment? I managed to get them to the quarry by snitching to sir Robart, then i could talk to Matthew above the quarry… what then after 4 Days of waiting ended up in failing “the make sure there are fewer Guards part” and resulted later that night (around 10 p.m ) with Matthew and Fritz going into the camp of the quarry and both getting killed. Well Fritz actually escaped but came running back a few minutes later and then got killed… haven’t found Matthew’
s body. really sad ;(
For me, if I choose to help them rob it the dialogue cuts off with the stable master when he tells you when the shipment is supposed to arrive. It updates your quest log, but there is no option to tell matthew. If I choose to betray them and tell robard, then the robbery is never triggered. I waited 5+ days but mathew and fritz never leave the inn.
Well that was actually my position… i loaded an earlier save game, before i talked to the stable master, then i talked to him and had the same problem again but decided to continue… but for some reason it worked after snitching to Sir Robart… oh I should mention i also told them about Andrews betray befor i snitched to Robart, and told them we should blame it on Andrew… and additionally there is also the option you steal the money yourself from the chest in Talmberg castle if you don’t want to kill Mathew and Fritz… all not how i wanted to play this mission but that are the ways i found.
so you accepted their quest, told them about andrew’s betrayal, talked to the stable master, then snitched to robard?
Yeah I tried a few things by now but basically, accepted the quest, went to robart to tell him cumans are more important, talked to the stable master, (one time i think i even poisend the horses, the small quest with the herb woman) and went back to the Inn, then told them about Andrew and choose to blame it on him, still no option to talk about the quarry and the money and then went back to snitch to Robart… that made them spawn at the quarry for me

Worth a try I guess, I’ve tried just about everything else. and killing them myself is not how I want this story to play out.
main thing was i used a save game before i talked to the stable master… i think that conversation is the game breaking thing cause its still not playing completly in my opiniom cause he never actually says something about the etimated 4 or 5 days… and i guess if that bug is previously saved nothing will work
yeah my last save is right before I even get the quest, I haven’t been playing since because these bugged quests are starting to literally depress me so I stepped away from the game haha
yeah for me too, it was this quest and the Cherchez la femme that where bugged but now both are working, kinda 
did shawn’s method worked or you? i am stuck as well.
