Basically I can’t do this quest. I took Karel’s Document waaaaaaayyyyyyy early in the game and also never returned that damn bowl. Now as a result the characters all appear, but my only option is to pickpocket them. I have been told by the engineer what to do, but once I follow the quest along I am not presented with any options to do anything at all. Is my main game completely screwed?
