Is there something im missing? I killed runt and looted him… but im not able to to do what ever i have to do? is there a way off the attic? i tried reloaded a save and killed him again same issue tho. any help or is it broken?

Found the fix. you have to restart the entire battle. Even then you may have to refight him. If he doesnt say anything at all during the battle thats how you know it wont work. he will taunt you. So even if you dont like his voice (roleplay wise) its a good thing you are hearing it
