it seems that the new Feature of Save and End of the Game is a one Time Load thing the save is not to be found later on the List of Saves
That’s how it works my friend. You save on emergency exit in case there is no bed around or you haven’t any schnapps. After that the file is deleted so you can’t abuse it.
mhh well as user i would not really expect this if it was inteded a information about that this Save opint got deleted after the first loa would be nice
