Is it just me or has anyone else got the same problem?
Works fine for me on PC
Playing on PC over steam, updated today to Version 1.3.3 -> no “save and Exit” functionality. Very annoying. 
Have you MODs installed?
No issues on my PC. Playing on 1.3.3, and Save & Exit function still works. No mods, just a user.config file to save me some typing every time I open the game.
I had unlimited saving mod, but uninstalled it weeks ago.
Ah, I suspected that may be the problem. I have the unlimited saves mod installed. Funny, it worked at first. Obviously it’s no issue for me, but I was just curious as to why it had disappeared.
Why mod a game that is not finished?
Give them time to put some patches out, then mod away.
