This question is a little bit imprecise.
Generally speaking YES, in detail NO, as judging from the latest materail
- Cumans and soldiers with falchicons, as well as some soldiers with one-and-half-handed-sword don’t have a scabbard.
- Many models in cut-scenes are missing their scabbard
- Daggers don’t have scabbards
- There are no suspensions in-game with the exception of three to four models
- There are no suspensions in cutscenes with the exception of three to four models
- Scabbards disappear after an enemy was killed
However @warhorse is working on it, so maybe we could see that all models will have scabbards and suspensions after some patches
