I had already explored the monastery at night before getting the quest to collect the pages. the problem is when you get the quest all your quest items are temporarily removed, so i cannot complete the quest as i had already collected some but they’re no longer in my inventory.
There is a solution for this.
SPOILER:
Your quest items are, along with all your other items in a chest outside the monestary.
Near the gate where you used the chest to dress up as a monk ang give away all your belongings.
I would recommend to yust grab all of your quest items because they won’t dissapear if you get put to jail in the monestary.
