Screen zoomed in (stuck)

I was doing alchemy when a guard showed up and started a dialogue with me. After that the screen has been zoomed in and I can’t get it back to normal.

I tried loading a save, a different playline, restarted the game and other miscellaneous things. I’ll try some other ways as well and see what happens.

Has anyone encountered this bug before? Does anyone know how to fix it? If so please tell me since my game is unplayable in its current state.

Have you tried dying?

Yes I have. I’m currently reinstalling the game in case it would fix it.

Fov slider, change res, windowed mode etc doesn’t fix it?

Okay it is the fov. For some reason it had gone down to 60 and the max value in the options had gone down to 75. I fixed it by putting it back to 90 with a console command. The limits in the options menu are messed up now but at least the game playable. Thanks!
