Is there any information anywhere on how/where we get the second license? My wife will want to also play it tomorrow!

have you checked on the backer rewards profile if there is a button to connect to steam/keycode?
I got my first key from my profile, it was listed under: KCD + preorder package (Steam) and no there’s no button to connect to Steam/Keycode
And this key is for the physical version (Warhorse on Twitter today). The second key is missing atm.
Can you link to the tweet please? Looked through their timeline and can’t find it

So i´m in the same Boat here… used the code for my phsycal copy, since no linking to steam available. Now what?
Wait for another key to be added on your profile and open a support request and / or @WarhorseStudios on Twitter.

Actually I’m wondering if they reneged on this too, or if they just forgot about the second key? Wouldn’t be surprised at this stage. I hope it gets added to the backer account soon.

Think their support is just hopelessly overloaded by this time. They sent me some standard e-mail too which wasn’t helpful at all and even though I made myself pretty clear they didn’t really answer my question.
I just received my Dukes Edition (you will be disappointed soon). The shipped edition contains the physical version of the game, in my case a xbox one. I also have the digital steam version, the key is displayed in my profile.

Beware that the physical version also requires a steam key. Someone already mentioned here in the forum that they got a reply from the support telling them that the steam key in profile is for the first (physical) license, not for the second one.
Just checked my profile and the second key is there now! Sent to the wife post haste!

Just got my second key. Now for the physical edition, why do you say we will be disappointed soon? Is there something missing/bad quality?
Because the value of the package is not near what I have paid. what is really disappointing is (beside the font they use in the forum while typing…) the missing items: no “special edition metal box”, no limited edition signed poster. Also the figure is very small, I expected a way bigger figure and one of knight on a horse.
I got the same problem with my account and EARL edition. 2nd license is missing.
