I have a very high end system - 8700k i7, 16 GB RAM, 2080Ti - I just installed this game and my FPS is like 2-3. MSI Afterburner only showing 3% utilization - see screenshot. I’ve tried -heapsize 2097152 load option. I have re-seated my video card. I’ve disabled overclocking. I cannot find any solution. Every other game I have including Shadow of Tomb Raider, Battlefield 5, and Metro Exodus work perfectly on ultra settings 1440p, getting mostly 90+ FPS. Anyone have a clue?
Nevermind - I thought VSYNC was disabled, but it was enabled at 30 hz… disabled VSYNC now I’m getting 110+ FPS.
