I have a problem with flickering lights \ shadows. especially with the shadows \ lights in the interior, as in the mission of the bathrooms with Hans Capoon
If you have lighting in settings on ultra, set it to very high or high. It should help.

before reading your answer I had set lighting to very high, when I set to high the flickering disappeared, but as soon as I reloaded the same save the flickering returned. so i put it on ultra and it seems to be gone, i honestly don’t understand…
