You start the game in the house of your parents. There is food on the table and after eating you have to leave the house through a door. I can not get through that door. I get an interaction to press E to open or close (depends if mother allready went through or not). I can interact with the door once then even the interaction (press E) is gone. No matter what the door stays closed. So i can not leave so after playing less then a minute i can not continue the game.
Some weird stuff i notice is that i think i don’t get any animations at all in the game. The food i pick up or eat just disappears after a 1 second freeze of the screen. Mother who stand in front of you at starting the game stands in a cross like stance and doesn’t walk to the door but more or less glides in that stance to the door. With her arms spread out sideways. Like you see in the moie when someone is at the tailor. Arms spread out sideways.
When interacting with the door the screen gets weird for a few seconds. I get the impression i see some stuff on the other side through the door? And then when i can moev again the door is still closed. And the interaction with it (press E popup) is gone.
No matter what i try i can not leave the house. Pressing e crouching, moving sideways or dropping some items to glitch through that door. nothing helps like people suggested by now. I tried reinstalling the game numerous times. I let steam check the game files numerous times (everything ok). I updated my graphic card drivers. Nothing helped. Which seems weird since quite a lot of people are laying the game and i didn’t see anyone having this issue.
i reported my bug more then 2 weeks ago (21 feb) to support@kingdomcomerpg.com. I had no reply at all. Even after asking for a status update every few days i got no reply at all. But today after asking again in a seperate mail instead of like they ask reply to the thread allready created where you report your bug in i do get a reply!!! how weird. I as a person in front of the queue that has been waiting more then 2 weeks gets no response at all. nothing not even a word. Just the automated reply with your support number. But if i report it as a new bug/mail i get a reply within 30 minutes. A useless reply though but a reply none the less. I had to try to change a setting good luck and have a nice day…
I tried contacting @DrFusselpulli via PM today. That didn’t help either. He saw my message since i see that 1 perosn read it. No response.
Maybe someone from the community can help me out? Since i lost faith in support after waiting for more then 2 weeks for support to help me out? If someone has a suggestion please let me know. no matter how small it is. I am eager to play the game. I had the beta (i crowdfunded) and allready liked playing that. The weird thing is that worked all just fine. everyting was animated. persons walking ok. doors opening. etc. so the mechanics behind the game used to work for me…
