The side quests I’m talking about is “Cherchez la Femme” and “Sport of the King” at Talmberg.
Cherchez la Femme requires you to kidnap the huntsman’s wife at dawn and Sport of the King requires you to attend a race outside the Talberg castle at noon. Both are interesting quest, but if you happens to be doing both quests on the same day - like me - then it will be a mess.
After you give confession to the key NPC of the first sidequest, the system automatically take you and him to a cutscene in front the castle, and the system will first says you failed the latter quest then says you completed the race! I suppose it’s because the cutscene took me to the start point of the race and triggered some mechanics in the second quest.
Then after the Cherchez le Femme sidequest is concluded, the quest log of Sport of king says I won the race that never happened…what? Then, when you talk to Sir divish as the quest required, he gives a difference story about no one else came to the race so he has to buy the horses from Neuhof…what?
In the end both quest is completed, but it is messed up when it shouldnt be: you see according to cutscenes Henry and Hare went to castle in the morning, so it shouldnt trigger the race! I should be able to conclude the cherchez quest, went out of the castle, compete in the race, then tell Sir Divish about the good news.
Hope devs can look into it and get it fixed - it’s may not a gamebreaking bug, and not every playthrough would do both quest at the same time, but when it happens it’s annoying, making player missing something.
