After watching the intro story I can see the castle and the camera is starting to move upwards when the whole game freezes. No sound anymore, nothing.
This happens all the time. I had the problem before and was hoping you would have solved the problem by now. So far I could never play alpha or beta even once.
I have to say I’m very disappointed at the moment.
EDIT: The game now already freezes during the intro movie.
Sorry to hear that. The intro in my game is a bit laggy, but it doesn’t ever freeze for me. I’ve started the game over and over again, but my game hasn’t froze. Have you tried to contact http://support.kingdomcomerpg.com
This could be problem of your graphic card. Right now we have some issues with AMD cards.
Unfortunately the optimization will come still bit later.
I would recommend to reinstall/update your drives (you migtht try even the beta drivers)
Edit: For more info send us DxDiag and (if there is) a kcd.log file located in game directory.
I have noticed the same although its easily solved by turning your graphics settings down to troubleshoot this problem. I turned my settings down to medium and it has been working fine.

I have the same issue. Hardware: 2 x GTX 980 TI /w AMD 9590 WIN10 . Updated drivers and tried deactivating SLI.
