Quick question for everyone, i am doing the ruin questline, and have been sent to see Sir Bernard at Talmburg, however I don’t receive any money for taking out the cuman camps, like you do with the first part of this quest at Rattay and the last part at sassu, I didn’t get any cash in my first play through for this bit of the quest either, and I am sure he mentions that he will pay you or am I imagining this? Is this a bug or am I just confusing myself

Yes they pay u. To day i finish all chain quest.
They pay for camp in one chat option and pay for ears in another caht options.
But for ears cuting u need knife.
I don’t recall if u need dagger or not
U also need spurs

He does pay you. I have never encountered this bug. Are you able to turn in the quest at all? Maybe the display that you have gotten the money is not appearing on screen… have you checked your inventory before and after turning the quest in?
It seems like the latest patch has fixed this for me, suddenly it is showing up now, thanks all for the advice, I honestly didnt think to reload a previous save, and check my money before and after handing in the evidence/trophies, but it seems to be working now post patch 1.3
