Yeah, this is a weird one. Henry - possibly due to the many and frequent blows to the head - has forgotten how to sit down.
What happens when I try is that the character model freezes and I lose anything but mouse control. No sitting animation starts, nothing. If I press crouch, it cancels it, but that still leaves me unable to sit down or, by extension, sleep. Anyone got any ideas?
Are you shown to surrander?
Which system? PC? … your Hardware?
Quest?

Have currently fixed it by going wayyyy back in my saves, will update if it re-occurs.
I’m encountering this bug as well, and have also reported it. Hopefully they can put out a patch soon! Certain quests can only be completed by sitting down!
