It quite irritates me that avatar pics are smaller than forum (baker) title pics (45x45 vs 128x128). I think it should be vice versa. Or maybe replace square title pic with something like this (but in medieval style ofc) http://i.imgur.com/sLe6a6F.jpg

I think this is a good idea and we’ll try to get it sorted tomorrow.
Those backers titles are good. It would be great to only switch those sizes. So 128×128 for avatar and 45×45 for badge

My suggestion. What about to make the badge more immerse into the forum. So the graphic of the badge would be around the whole avatar. The white background is also quite disturbing. Something like this:
but instead of Shield /Štít there could be user’s avatar. I know that forum tweaking is currently your last concern, but it would be nice and give the badges more value 
For a start the badges need to have a transparent background, would be a relatively simple half an hour job.
