Sleeping, the clock and too long waiting

I thinkg Sleeping and Waiting last too long ( I must wait too long when “sleeping time” is over).
Should this long waiting be intentional, I think there should be some more interesting screen displayed than just a clock - There could be some tips relating gameplay displayed or nice medieval artwork + anegdotes or historical facts …whatever just not a plain clock …
The other issue is that I choose sleeping hours with keyboard only ; I think it would be more comfortable to do it with a mouse - it was how I tried to move on the clock for the first time

This long waiting time is because of the lack of AI optimization right now. All NPC tasks are computed in the background right now. For the same reason we do have only a temporary save/load system right now.
This will be way quicker in the final game, it is not intentional, it is just not finished yet.

Shall this be further optimized?
Because on PS4 PRO it feels like waiting, sleeping and especially loading is so long.
Even opening map or Saved Games take too long.

I am sometimes so bored that i watch tv while playing the game

Especially when some NPS does not want to wake up and you have to skip hour by hour to give him for example remedy to save his life.

why selling not finished product for the full price then?

It is finished now, and it is much better and faster, take a look at the date of the initial question. My question was if they are going to optimize it more, and probably i better shelve the game for now.

AI is still not optimized. Clock might be faster but AI routines are frequently bugged/broken by player’s actions and causing even the main quest to not be playable in some cases. So no, the game is NOT finished - just read through the forum and you’ll see.

I like it, as long as there is no dream, it is more realistic.
For me it’s very ok, you’re inactive and that’s it.
