Small Forum Issues

As yet there is no sub forum for technical issues, so I will make this thread instead.

Just a couple of small things.

I am not able to upload my own avatar.
I have tried a couple of files of differing sizes, but even the small one I usually use on most fora will not upload.

Secondly, I upped my backing from ‘Soldier’ level to ‘Baron’ prior to registering, but the forum is showing me as ‘Soldier.’

Yea my soldier badge hasn’t appeared for me even though I have twice put my code in. Unless you guys can see it?? help?

make sure you click save and it confirms the save

Yes, it is a bit of an odd one.

The avatar I wish to use is fine on any other forum I frequent.

I can select the avatar I wish to upload from my computer, but it just hangs at 0% uploading.

Write a private message to user warhorse and they will update your badge manually.

Thanks for the post.

I have read elsewhere on the forum that they will update them at the end of the KS project, so it is not a big thing.

I would like to get the avatar sorted though.

Well, looks like I got my avatar automatically from Gravatar, haven’t yet checked if it works properly though. The forum layout is really confusing with all the colors.

Hmm… It’s hard to say what is the reason. Did you try another browser? You have beta version of Chrome, so it can be unstable.

I’ve tried other browsers, it was the same. So I tried it on my android smartphone - no issues :smile:
Strange… seems some problem with my PC.
