Small randomizations and deviations from clean animations

Although sometimes subtle, some of these effects play a HUGE part in immersivenes in games. At least for me:

For example, in one of the videos, you see people standing in line. But they are standing in line as if arranged from a top-view. Look at people standing in line in front of a stand: they are neither standing in a clear line, nor with equal distances. I really hope that the developers will think about randomization and deviation throughout the game!

Another thing is the combat and individuality: I really love the way the combat is implemented, but what I have seen (I know, a work in progres), every character switches to a combat stance and holds the sword in the same way. Please, also add some individuality, as not every character will fight in the same way or even hold the sword in the same way. For example, look at Combat sports: some have a narrower stance, some just always lower their hands, some are fighting very technical and some just come storming out guns blazing.
So, every combat/fight is different and very individual.

Also, people don’t really stand in line to market stands like that. It’s like at a bar, you just stand grouped by the stand, looking and maybe touching at what you want to buy, and eventually it’s your turn to exchange money for goods. It’s not an ATM machine or a nightclub.

What line do you mean, the one from vid #4 (at around 4:56) where they present the different weapons?

As for the randomizations, is it me or do most of the NPCs seem to have the same height? I think, more visible or significant height differences would add to the visual diversity and therefore the liveliness of the world. Let’s have some huge guys, for example, a harmless beanpole or a muscular bastard you won’t mess with. Or the opposite some midget who’s the village idiot and everyone make’s fun of or something.

I mean, the one from vid #5 around 7:49 - people standing in the queue.

But also if you look at vid #5 at around 1:58 it looks like people are standing on some kind of grid. Related, on vid#4 at 8:13.
You know, when there is a crowd, people are also touching/bumping into (mostly by accident and often only slightly) each other.

the animation of soldier when he die is very bad. he fall as a Bag with potato. i hope they include finish move as Dark Messiah
