Will you be able to work your way up from village smith to castle armourer? or from man at arms to “kingsguard” style elite knights? this would be a really cool RPG element imo and would be great for character progression. What do u guys think?

My guess is that you might be able to achive some title. But only within story borders.
So one or two optainable titles based on your play style.
But completely independent ranking system is not likely in my opinion.
oh thats a shame, though i like the idea of story titles eg being knighted for valiant efforts in the war etc etc
The game takes places within a couple of months timespan. That makes any life progress very, very limited.
