Hi! In Russian localization (and not only) there is no text in the dialogues.
Bug only in dialogs related to the new DLC and in the start window for selecting hardcore perks.
Mods not installed.
Steam version, 1.6, PC

using any mods? that will screw up the game. 1.6 and DLC have mess-up several mods. that I know of and affect the game.

Thank you! Found the mod in the folder with the game “Ultimate Realism overhead”. I don’t remember putting it on. Deleted folder /mods and everything worked!
