On steam Im being asked to pay for the Soundtrack and the artbook, why?

I paid around a hundred dollar and though I got the art book in physical form it just seems logical I should get a digital copy of it. Maybe im wrong. And I also feel I should be getting the soundtrack as well. No download links on my profile on the website for either
