Some questions about perks

I. Does the Bloodletter perk work with maces? In other words can maces cause bleeding?

II. The furious perk is supposed to help you cause greater injuries when you have “less maximum stamina”, so does it mean you will be causing less injuries when you are at full health and stamina?

Bloodletter works with maces aka mostly stabs and ripostes as i have experienced. 2 NO i dont think IT works like that you do your base damage but the closer you are to death the more damage you do( last ditch of effort kind of thing)
