So, I read a lot of complaints about how difficult he is and so forth and I was excited… I was extremely disappointed to say the least. A few combos and parries and he fell like a sack of potatoes. Of course, I trained and honed my skills till I reached that point in the story. Just goes to show how the efforts you put in really come forth to help you in this game. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again for those who cry and whine . PRACTICE AND GIT GUD
I had to face him off with half health. Lost within the first min. Try again half health. Perfect parry which executes a master strike(hit him in the head with my pommel and he went down. If that happened because i hit his bare head with a metal spike then that is fuckimg awesome. Every fight is different because of real world physic laws applied to a game. But if its the result of a bug or some scripted even then thays a huge buzz kill… just like reading the shrines and seeing backers names… like way to kill the immersion guys. I was expecting some history lesson filled with juicy knowledge. Not "purpleflyingrhino6969…
I downed him with two pokes to the face, the problem is alot of new players are not taking their time to practice and are rushing the main story i even read about some guy talking about he had a hard time fighting the cumans in the beginning of the game when you are not even suppose to fight them and hes calling the game trash because of it.This is what happens when you rush the game they dont read instructions and think they are playing skyrim
Took me two slices to kill him, slash slash and it was over lol…
I didn’t find him to be easy at all… bloody nightmare
Although I think it was bugged to be honest…
I agree. I rushed it at first because of somethimg i heard watching vids how if you leave a quest and just do other things theres a chance the person/objective will leave or something will happen to it/them so i kept trying to get to a point where i could wander/treasure hunt. No such point came so i abandoned my current quest and did what i wanted. You have to take your time with a game like this. The map is quite small but if you take time to explore its a very well done map. Minus the occassional floating decal or scatter plus the raid of graphical glitches. Also train. Once your able to exlpore(get your horse) i advise to train in rattay at the archery range and the arena. This game does not hold your hand. I was fighting for a bit with no counter attacks (master strikes) or combos because i had rushed. Gave me no indication on how to obtain said skills untill i had went to the arena. Same with lockpicking i see people sayimg its too hard. It just takes practice just dont train on the one at the mill its bugged. I got it once and never again. Others no problem.
