It wouldn’t take much to add nasal bridge to the helms.
The cumans have the closest thing to this but it,has that ridiculous point. With no horse hair on top mind you which makes it loose 100 percent badass points. I know it’s RUS but you have lots changes you can make. With minimal effort

this is like asking for hidden musket in a ww2 game. in their own settings and time periods, they are awesome, once you take them out of their respective settings, then it’s just cartoony and stupid.

Beginner armor isn’t much different for the love of God I see plenty of people walking around just chainmail on so don’t wow and again like I was just saying like maybe one chest I don’t make like it’s not supposed to be a big deal doesn’t have to be overpowered nothing special but just be nice to have the novelty of it there in a story if you don’t have to go getting technicality about how its 400 years old and actually what I’m wanting is about 600 years old and if we want to get historically autistic about it we can
The game is based in actual times and reality( mostly). Old armor for the time would be only mebbe 80-100 years old.
400-600 year old armor as you are saying would have either long rusted away or melted down.
Just like having late 15th or 16th century armor would not be correct
