My speech was 15 against the Custodian 14 in the Sasau monastery. This is from the scene with Johanka.
He still wins and henry gets to jail.
Is this one of those exception where you can’t really win no matter how high your speech? I really would love to see henry out speech that jerk.

It’s not 2>1 therefore success. Lying about seeing something outside where no one was watching is a little different from lying about not killing someone when you’re covered in blood and they just saw you pull your sword out of them.
Henry was well dressed like a nobleman and cleaned. I used bard potion. It still fails.
I may be scripted to really make the custodian the real prick he is…
