Speed of support

Hi all,

I was wondering how fast support reacts. I send a mail to support that i can not play the game after just 1 minute playing (stuck in my parents house, door won’t open). That was last night. I was hoping to have had a reply yet but nothing so far. So i was wondering how fast other people got replies.

Sent mine about week ago. No response (beyond automated reply). Think they are in triage mode

Meanwhile, I’d try typical software troubleshooting stuff: make sure you have latest version, (if on PC) make sure you have suitable hardware, restart system, try new game, uninstall/reinstall

they have over 10k mails atm
its going to take a while
did you try to reload the game?

Yeah i did do all the hardware/software stuff. had steam check the game files all ok. Rewstarted the pc. deleted save games created new games. nothing helped. still stuck in the starter house :(.

So so far just 1 minute or so i could actually play. It’s a bit disappointing i must say.

We have extreme slow response times right now, even as we are constandly answering emails here in our team, it is just too much traffic.

I’m sure you are aware about the door/gate bug that some people cant go through doors?
@jelledin its a known bug, the only thing you can do is probably wait for a fix…

Yes, I already told out 3D environment team about it a couple of days ago, but the already knew. It is on their table to fix it.

I am still waiting… The game is still unplayable for me. Just one minute in or so. I hope there is someone to support me soon. Might i suggest hiring more support staff? Waiting for several days on a game stopper just 1 minute into the game is a big no-no! Not even someone who took a look on my support ticket!

That said, i appreciate the effort the current staff is doing to help us all though :slight_smile: The pile of support requests is huge!

Still waiting for support. Waiting for more then 2 weeks after submitting my bug to support via mail.

I’m not sure if you get a response although I did get a response pretty quick
I sent a bugreport like a week ago and got a response yesterday… so your’s just seem to be drowned under the thousands of other mails…
The issue should be known and we can only hope that its getting fixed with the next (1.3) patch.

Thousands of emails sent to WH. Got a reply to polearm feedback after 19d.

Jest tried again with patch 1.3 now installed. still can’t leave the house you start the game in. the door just stays closed. no matter what i do. sigh

Hows this for fast? I was typing about an issue to send to warhorse. Two sentences in I get a reply. Hows that possible? I didnt even hit send. Answered before I asked. Even if they responded in 1 hour it would still be too slow for some

@DJX Damn that is fast. Even so fast i don’t believe it. If you did not send that means they are sending messages to persons at random. Which is just silly! Why would they do that?

I think that waiting since 21 feb is a long time for gamesupport. But yes there are people demanding reply within an hour or start complaining.

I jest sorry. I did too send an email weeks and weeks ago. Just searched it. I sent one on Feb 17th. Never got anything back. I signed up to the forum the day after. I have to be honest I havent had many issues. In my humble opinion, and this is how I look at everything to do with this game. I see it as its just that, a game. If it freezes, which it has about 4 times, has glitchy issues, etc. Whatever I just turn it off play something else or do something else. Way to many options in life to get all worked up over a $60 game. I have faith it will get patched. But in the whole scheme of things I have had much more playable time 10 fold with this game then not. I just hate to see the posts here slamming warhorse, the vitriolic posts, insults. Hey these people have lifes and are people too. I laugh sometimes when I read these forums some of the posts. Idk if these are grown men and women, teenagers, etc. Some act like 5 year olds throwing temper tantrums. Just hilarious the anger directed at a game. Just really funny to me. Maybe I see humor differently in this others dont idk.

I contacted them day 2 of the game coming out and got a were looking into it a couple of minutes later…and nothing since then…Weeks later
