I just started the Siege quest. I can’t seem to get the herbalist to tell me which potion I need to keep the soldiers awake. Can somebody tell me which potions I need and what the brew ingredients are? This game seems to have gotten more buggy on the 2nd half.
Same here. completed the beer, meet, physician quest. but stuck at herbalist and priest sub quest. father godwin wont come bc he had bigger issues which i can’t solve and so he wont come. and none of the three witch will brew me that potion, they didn’t gave me the potion recipe so i could brew my own. how am i suppose to pass this mission?
Go to the one on the bottom left near the town of somesh (whatever the place is called) north of the monastery.
I managed to tell me the recipe but she actually brews it herself. It consists of Wormwood (10), Valerian (60) and mint (120)

Hi guys, I’m stuck on part of a siege quest. captain asks me to find a herbalist willing to craft potion that will keep soldiers awake. Thing is I spoke with all herbwomen and they won’t craft it nor give me recepie ( Got corcel recepie already ). I’ve read on this forum someone had luck with herbwoman north of samopesh but they all have exactly same dialoque for me. any advice?
Wouldn’t have a clue man. The other 2 I went to were the same but I had luck with with the samopesh. It’s definitelt a bug. At least you can still continue with the battle but for us who expect a clean quest to play and complete the rpg 100 percent, it fucks over.
It’s a shame that we spent $80 on an alpha.

Ask Godwin if he needs help he’ll tell you about a coven of witches. Do that quest and then he’ll come
So, I have the same issue. I can not however bribe the herbalist. So I’m at a stand still for 100% completion. I also am on bad terms with Father Godwin after the mishap during the church prayer mission.
I have the same issue (playing on the PS4). They all say the same thing and none of them are willing to do it and I can’t persuade or bribe them.
EDIT: Finally eager to help me after I raised the Speech skill to 15. Now I just have to collect all the herbs.
So I’ve come into the same problem. After a while of reading through forums and googling for the answer I’ve finally found the solution.
You need to have a reputation of 70 with said herbalist for the conversation option to pop up.
I tried it with a herbalist I had 40 reputation with, did a quest for her, sold some items for “dumping” price and bought some with a tip on top and after reaching over 70 reputation the conversation option magially appeared.

Edit: Loaded a save to find out the treshold for the option to appear and it seems to be even lower, 66 worked too 
I have 71 reputation and no dialogue option appears
