So i went off my horse. After this my weapon was first bug. i always put an invisible sword away. Then my Stamina decreased until Zero. It wont Regenerate anymore. Washing, sleeping, fast travel doesnt help.

Same issue here. Loading a previous save was the only way to fix it.
Just ran into the same bug.
Here’s how I fixed it - save the game (schnapps worked for me); restart; load back.
Having the same problem on 1.4. During a random encounter against several bandits, I saw that my stamina wasn’t regenerating, even though I wasn’t taking any actions that require stamina. After a few swings, it returned to normal regeneration. But at the end of the fight the problem returned, and this time nothing I tried could fix it. I’ve tried saving and reloading, restarting the game, drinking potions, waiting, mounting and dismounting, and swinging my weapon, but I’m permanently stuck at 0 stamina.
Tried updating to 1.4.1, when I loaded the problem persisted. I hadn’t tried fast travel to fix it so I figured I’d give it a shot, and it seems to have solved the problem. Stamina back to normal so far
Problem has reappeared and this time fast travel doesn’t fix it. Stamina appears to be regenerating over the course of in-game hours, so after a long trip Henry has recovered a few slivers of stamina.
