Started my 2nd run though last night. Sticking to more of a sneak thief/assassin character. This time, before doing any work for dad, I took my training lesson from the sword master and then proceeded to knock out people until I found an axe, which is when I started killing people. Amongst those was this little fella…wonder how that’s going to change things later
Lol…poor Zbysek
That bastard. Please do tell how things goes later.
This is a guge part of the game, and why I do not fully understand why people keep pushing on when they know save files are likely to corrupt.
The moment I first heard trouble with late game saves I went parrallel. A few concurrant lives. All different. If it were a red dwarf episode I would have Cat polishing my boots.
And it is very apparent the devs have written the game to be highly replayable
Just picking back up, about to escape Talmberg, although I’ll be taking my time leaving as I did in Skalitz; heading to Skalitz after though…will be updating lol
Not sure if I want to go straight to Skalitz though or see what else I can do before I actually kick this game off
Dude, I spent soooooo much time and got my levels up cuz this run is completely for fun as I’ve just beaten it actually playing: but I seriously killed like 4-5 people and knocked out sooooo many more. Hoping to exploit the trunk in the kitchen to go get my gear. You can do so much in the beginning it’s insane. Originally I pushed through cuz I though it was a tutorial, which it is, but you have free reign with no in game time being spent, it’s a lot of fun
Thats a bit dissapointing.
Action = consequence. Phenominological universe.
Soz just a screen grab test to see how the website compresses images. Most photos appearing very bland and washed out…
Edit; nope just others screen settings and camera phones…
When you don’t bullet proof your plot line and you tout an open world with consequences, you get stuff like this…
The first deus ex game I passed on to a amate and I realised we had VERY DIFFERENT play styles. He literally left very few people to ‘talk too’.
Some stuff like this might be done sans checking. Likely t9 be changed further on down the road.
They should make him essential if you cant kill him
When Zbyshek says “you fucker” I lose it every time.
I have a feeling Zbyshak(?) should have been made unkillable but he wasn’t. I killed him, tossed him in a barn and later a bunch of gaurds came looking for him(not me, someone must have just seen the body). Anyway, shortly later the corpse was gone so I’m assuming they haven’t gotten to it…bad news is he was resurrected, good new is my game hasn’t gotten fucked up because of it lol. Actually rescuin Hans from the Cumans now, so far no bugs aside from some minute long dialogue loads. Graphics look good, can save in any bed I sleep in it appears, so missing building or broken/greyed out talk options and I can already do the huntsman quest…I may play in the part of the time line for a while, seem the farther you got the buggier it gets; looks beautiful right now
Update, picture to come once my work is done:
Just got done searching Neuhof(?) and starting Ginger in a Pickle but first, gotta finish the job started here. I’m currently killing everyone I can and piling them in the stock room…pic to come once my job is done and hopefully a badass video of me jumping off a pile of dirt, over a fence, taking crouch and sneak killing a guard who was on patrol…it was dope. (Xbox one GT HalfOrcSteve if you wanna check it out faster).
Edit: eventually I got caught after about 6-7 people piled in this room…here’s the video of the Guard Kill

Gonna finish this quest line out, get Cpt Bernard back to Rattay and then do the Master Huntsman questline
Don’t like the typical nuke immune essential NPC of most games. Would prefer situational prevention (eg guard nearby with dollmaker on weapon)
Yeah but its better than ignoring they were dead. For instance, its makes more sense that he hates you. You kicked his ass and left him in a pile of manure.
