There hasn’t been much communication on this. As everyone knows, the game was supposed to launch with a large patch. We’re now 15 hours into the day and have been given precious little info. Can anyone with WH please provide an update?

I am waiting for it too but it could take up to 7 days or so to release because Microsoft takes that long to review the patch -.-
Currently it feels like playing a beta version. I already downloaded the 22 GB patch.
What version are you on? I bought a digital copy but haven’t received any patches.
I would like to know when we are supposed to get this as well or of anyone on XB1 has. I’ll get to try the game for the first time in an hour
Good luck finding out anything. All there’s been so far is two fairly vague tweets that absolutely don’t definitively answer the question.
If we’re going to have to wait days or a week, fine. I won’t like it but i’m in for the long haul and support this project. Pretty much the only way they could lose my support would be lack of communication or obfuscation. Somebody official needs to make a statement through social media that gives info that’s more specific than ASAP.

It would be nice if they did that. Some sort of official easy to find announcement of what version of the game everyone should have on each console at the very least.
I bought the game in a store today and it only installed 180mb from the disc WTF there was nothing on it. Then a 22Gb download. Please we need a statement when the patch is coming. It shouldn’t be 2 weeks because then the third patch is coming and i don’t wan’t to download 20+ gb patches every 4 days or so…
EDIT it says Version 1.1 is that the day 1 patch ?
I think part of the problem was that the game wasn’t supposed to be released on any platform until noon or so eastern time today (5 hours ago). Someone in distribution messed up and released early. That said from what I’ve heard even after that the patch hasn’t come to everyone or all ports of the game yet, so for me their clock started 5 hours ago, so I’m not too upset about it yet. If I have to wait several days now to get a day one patch though then that’s a different story
Edit: as for the day one patch I’ve heard mixed statements. I heard it’s either 1.02, 1.1, or 1.2. the community manager here said 1.2 is week one patch, idk if that’s the same as day one though
Day 1 on PS4 is 1.03,
It is up to sony and microsoft now to approve it, not much WH can do
Do you have the patch already or did you just find somewhere that said that’s what the version number was? I’m not really all that surprised we haven’t gotten it yet TBH, usually it takes several hours. But considering the patch is essentially redownloading all of the game files and so many people are reporting issues it would be nice to know some sort of official status. Do you have a link where you found that that I can see what’s going on too? At least that way I have somewhere to check periodically

Ok…I got it on Xbox too and it won’t even let me install it…keeps giving me the “something went wrong” message…I’ve had the Xbox offline for ages so do u think I only have to update it?
Uodate the system/game, yes. If that doenst work contact WH support

1.0.0.118 is the Xbox 1 patch and apparently it’s coming soon. Steam already got theirs apparently. What bothers me really is the number of people who are complaining about issues who aren’t even aware that the game is getting a huge day one patch. Like of you look up the game on Google it’s the first thing that comes up is the fact that its getting one. So any issues I might end up having im holding criticism until after I’ve tried it with that patch.

Percisly ! People can complain but most of them just whine… Im not happy either but hey not much I can do ! Steam got it early since no approval is needed…

Sorry but this is not whining it’s not like we got something for free! I paid 60€ for this game and i expect it to work properly i have been more then patient for 3 years when i first heard about the game but i am a little bit disappointed at the state of it’s release on xbox.
